The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader, Dr Oburu Odinga, has reportedly been hospitalised for three days now, Kenyans.co.ke has established.

Sources within ODM have confirmed to Kenyans.co.ke that Oburu has been hospitalised in a hospital in Nairobi since Sunday, August 30.

According to the source, who did not reveal the exact cause of the hospitalisation, the family of the 82-year-old leader is considering flying him to the United Kingdom for specialised treatment.

Kenyans.co.ke has established that various party officials visited Oburu in hospital on Monday, August 31, even as cracks within the party continue to grow large.
