Urgent reports should be marked: URGENT CHILD SAFETY REPORT Send reports to Creative Digital Lab Limited, Product / Platform: Jukwaa, https://Jukwaa.Africa, https://creativelab.co.ke, [email protected], Nairobi, Kenya. Include your full name, contact details, URL/location of content, username/profile/creator name, description, whether a child is at immediate risk, whether the child is identifiable, whether you are a parent/guardian/school/authority/concerned user, screenshots or supporting information where safe and lawful, and requested action. Do not download, copy, forward, save, repost, or redistribute suspected child sexual abuse material. Report it immediately. Jukwaa prioritises child safety reports. Child sexual abuse material receives immediate priority; grooming, exploitation, and immediate harm receive urgent priority; doxxing or child personal data exposure, bullying, and harassment receive high priority; general age-classification issues are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. Jukwaa may take temporary action before full review. If urgent or unresolved, reply to the support thread with: ESCALATION – URGENT CHILD SAFETY REPORT Include original report date, previous ticket/email thread, reason for escalation, whether a child is at immediate risk, and requested urgent action. Jukwaa may escalate internally to management, legal, compliance, moderation, technical, payment, or external safety partners. Jukwaa may remove content, restrict visibility, add age gates/warnings, disable comments, suspend monetisation, hold payouts, suspend or terminate accounts, block devices/accounts/payment methods, remove creator access, disable messaging or interactive features, preserve lawful evidence, notify providers, and report serious matters to law enforcement, regulators, or child protection authorities. Jukwaa may act without prior notice where necessary. Schools, education providers, churches, NGOs, youth organisations, and institutions uploading content for or involving minors must ensure authority, parental/guardian consent where required, age-appropriateness, safety, personal-data protection, safely managed interactions, safeguarding compliance by staff, and prompt response to Jukwaa requests. Jukwaa may require proof of authority, consent, registration, or safeguarding controls. Creators must not upload AI-generated or AI-assisted content that sexualises, impersonates, exploits, humiliates, deceives, or harms minors, including sexualised AI images, deepfakes, grooming content, fake child abuse material, impersonation, bullying/humiliation, or use of a minor’s likeness without lawful authority. Jukwaa may use AI-assisted detection and human review. Jukwaa does not allow false or malicious reports. Good-faith child safety reports will not be penalised merely because they are ultimately not upheld. Users should report genuine concerns promptly and responsibly. Users and creators must not evade controls by lying about age, creating new accounts after suspension, changing titles or thumbnails to avoid detection, moving unsafe contact off-platform, using coded language to sexualise minors, uploading edited removed content, or redirecting users to unsafe external platforms. Circumvention may result in permanent termination. Jukwaa may update this Child Safety Policy from time to time. Material changes may be notified through the Platform, email, dashboard notice, or website update. Continued use means acceptance. By accessing Jukwaa, creating an account, uploading content, publishing content, interacting with content, purchasing content, or allowing a minor to access Jukwaa under supervision, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Child Safety Policy.Jukwaa Child Safety Policy
