Effective Date: 05 May 2026 | Platform: Jukwaa.Africa | Owner: Creative Digital Lab Limited

1. Introduction

This Payout Policy explains how Jukwaa, available at https://Jukwaa.Africa, calculates, processes, delays, withholds, adjusts, reverses, or pays earnings to Creators, publishers, content owners, partners, institutions, and other approved monetisation participants.

Jukwaa is a digital content, creator, distribution, discovery, and monetisation platform owned and operated by Creative Digital Lab Limited, a company registered in Kenya.

This Payout Policy should be read together with:

  • Jukwaa Terms of Use;
  • Jukwaa Privacy Policy;
  • Jukwaa Refund Policy;
  • Jukwaa Creator Policy;
  • Jukwaa Prohibited Content Policy;
  • Jukwaa Anti-Piracy Policy;
  • Jukwaa Takedown Policy;
  • any creator agreement, commercial agreement, campaign agreement, distribution agreement, sponsorship agreement, or revenue-share agreement issued by Jukwaa.

By registering as a Creator, publishing content, monetising content, receiving payments, or requesting payouts through Jukwaa, you agree to this Payout Policy.

2. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy is intended to:

  • provide a clear process for payout schedules, payout holds, disputes, and reversals;
  • support lawful creator monetisation on Jukwaa.

3. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to any approved person or entity that may receive earnings through Jukwaa, including:

  • individual Creators;

  • bloggers;
  • writers;

4. Definition of Earnings

Earnings means the amount that may become payable to a Creator after Jukwaa receives and reconciles payments from users and deducts all applicable amounts.

Earnings may arise from:

  • pay-per-view sales;
  • digital rentals;
  • paid downloads;
  • subscriptions;
  • ticket sales;
  • live event access;
  • livestream access;
  • creator memberships;
  • donations;
  • tips;
  • paid scripts;
  • e-books;
  • articles;
  • courses;
  • masterclasses;
  • digital product sales;
  • sponsorships;
  • advertising revenue share;
  • licensing income;
  • institutional campaigns;
  • bundles;
  • creator showcase sales;
  • other monetisation models approved by Jukwaa.

A Creator’s displayed dashboard balance is not necessarily the final amount payable. It may be subject to verification, deductions, reversals, refunds, fraud checks, rights checks, tax treatment, and payment provider settlement.

5. Gross Revenue vs Net Payout

Creators should distinguish between gross revenue and net payout.

5.1 Gross revenue

Gross revenue is the total amount paid by users for a Creator’s content or service before deductions.

5.2 Net payout

Net payout is the amount payable to the Creator after deduction of applicable amounts, which may include:

  • Jukwaa platform commission;
  • payment gateway fees;
  • mobile money charges;
  • bank charges;
  • card processing charges;
  • settlement charges;
  • foreign exchange costs;
  • taxes;
  • withholding tax, where applicable;
  • VAT, where applicable;
  • refund amounts;
  • chargebacks;
  • reversals;
  • duplicate payment corrections;
  • fraud losses;
  • payout processing charges;
  • administrative charges, where applicable;
  • penalties, fines, or deductions caused by Creator breach;
  • amounts owed by the Creator to Jukwaa.

Creators are not entitled to receive the full gross revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Platform Commission and Revenue Share

Jukwaa may charge a platform commission or apply a revenue-share arrangement to Creator earnings.

The applicable commission or revenue-share structure may be communicated through:

  • the Creator dashboard;
  • onboarding documents;
  • creator agreement;
  • campaign agreement;
  • distribution agreement;
  • commercial proposal;
  • email confirmation;
  • platform pricing page;
  • written communication from Jukwaa.

Different commission rates may apply depending on:

  • content type;
  • Creator category;
  • transaction type;
  • country;
  • payment method;
  • campaign type;
  • promotion package;
  • subscription model;
  • institutional partnership;
  • distribution arrangement;
  • whether Jukwaa provided production, marketing, hosting, licensing, or technical support.

Jukwaa may update commission rates or pricing structures by giving notice through the Platform, email, dashboard notice, or written communication.

7. Payment Provider and Transaction Fees

Jukwaa may use mobile money operators, payment gateways, banks, aggregators, card processors, and other payment providers to collect and settle funds.

Creator payouts may be affected by:

  • M-PESA charges;
  • mobile money wallet fees;
  • bank transfer charges;
  • payment gateway fees;
  • transaction processing fees;
  • failed transaction fees;
  • refund or reversal fees;
  • currency conversion fees;
  • cross-border settlement charges;
  • tax deductions or statutory fees;
  • payment provider settlement delays.

Where applicable, these charges may be deducted before calculating or releasing Creator payouts.

8. Payout Eligibility

A Creator becomes eligible for payout only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • the Creator account has been approved by Jukwaa;
  • the Creator has completed required identity, business, tax, and payout verification;
  • the Creator has provided valid and verified payout details;
  • the Creator has accepted applicable platform policies and commercial terms;
  • the relevant user payments have been successfully received and confirmed;
  • the relevant transactions have not been reversed, refunded, disputed, or flagged;
  • the Creator has reached the minimum payout threshold, where applicable;
  • there are no unresolved rights, copyright, piracy, takedown, fraud, refund, payment, compliance, tax, or legal issues;
  • the Creator has complied with the Jukwaa Terms of Use, Creator Policy, Prohibited Content Policy, Anti-Piracy Policy, Takedown Policy, and this Payout Policy.

Jukwaa may decline or delay payout where any eligibility requirement is not satisfied.

9. Creator Verification Before Payout

Before receiving payouts, Creators may be required to provide verification information, including:

  • full legal name;
  • creator name or business name;
  • national ID or passport;
  • company registration documents, where applicable;
  • KRA PIN or tax information, where applicable;
  • bank account details;
  • mobile money number;
  • proof of bank or mobile money ownership;
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • physical or postal address;
  • beneficial ownership information, where applicable;
  • authorised representative details, where applicable;
  • board resolution or authority letter for institutions, where applicable;
  • content ownership documents;
  • licences or consents, where relevant.

Jukwaa may request additional information at any time to comply with payment provider rules, tax obligations, AML/CFT checks, fraud prevention, rights management, or legal requirements.

Failure to provide verification information may result in delayed or withheld payouts.

10. Payout Methods

Jukwaa may pay approved Creator earnings through one or more supported payout methods, including:

  • M-PESA;
  • mobile money wallet;
  • bank transfer;
  • payment gateway payout;
  • partner settlement;
  • other approved payout channels.

Available payout methods may depend on:

  • country;
  • currency;
  • payment provider support;
  • Creator verification status;
  • transaction volume;
  • regulatory requirements;
  • minimum payout thresholds;
  • operational readiness.

Jukwaa may require payout accounts to be held in the Creator’s own legal name or verified business name.

Jukwaa may refuse to pay to unverified third-party accounts.

11. Payout Currency

Payouts may be made in Kenyan Shillings or another supported currency, depending on:

  • the user payment currency;
  • the Creator’s country;
  • the payout method;
  • the payment provider;
  • platform configuration;
  • tax and regulatory requirements;
  • commercial agreement.

Where currency conversion is required, exchange rates, conversion charges, and foreign exchange losses may apply.

Jukwaa is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations unless expressly agreed in writing.

12. Minimum Payout Threshold

Jukwaa may set a minimum payout threshold before Creator earnings are released.

For example, Jukwaa may require a Creator to accumulate a minimum payable balance before payout is processed.

The applicable threshold may vary by:

  • country;
  • payment method;
  • currency;
  • Creator category;
  • transaction fees;
  • campaign type;
  • commercial agreement;
  • platform rules.

If a Creator’s balance is below the threshold, the balance may roll forward to the next payout cycle.

Jukwaa may waive, change, or apply minimum thresholds at its discretion.

13. Payout Schedule

Jukwaa may process Creator payouts according to a defined payout cycle.

The payout cycle may be:

  • weekly;
  • bi-weekly;
  • monthly;
  • campaign-based;
  • event-based;
  • on request;
  • after a refund/dispute window;
  • after payment provider settlement;
  • according to a separate written agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jukwaa may delay payout until:

  • the payment has been received and reconciled;
  • the relevant payment provider has settled funds to Jukwaa;
  • refund windows have been considered;
  • fraud checks are complete;
  • content rights issues are resolved;
  • minimum payout threshold is met;
  • Creator verification is complete.

Payout timelines are estimates and may vary due to payment provider delays, weekends, public holidays, banking delays, mobile money issues, compliance checks, or technical interruptions.

14. Transaction Reconciliation

Jukwaa may reconcile transactions before releasing payouts.

Reconciliation may include checking:

  • payment confirmation;
  • payment reference number;
  • user access logs;
  • transaction status;
  • duplicate payments;
  • failed payments;
  • refunded payments;
  • chargebacks;
  • mobile money reversals;
  • bank settlement records;
  • payment provider reports;
  • platform sales records;
  • Creator dashboard records;
  • tax or fee deductions.

Only reconciled and approved transactions qualify for payout.

15. Refunds and Payout Adjustments

Refunded transactions do not qualify as final Creator earnings.

Where a user receives a refund, Jukwaa may:

  • deduct the refunded amount from the Creator’s pending earnings;
  • recover the refunded amount from future payouts;
  • reverse previously credited earnings;
  • reduce dashboard balances;
  • hold payouts during refund review;
  • recover payment provider fees, where applicable.

Creators are not entitled to retain revenue from transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, fraudulent, disputed, or not successfully settled.

16. Chargebacks, Reversals, and Failed Payments

Where a payment is reversed, charged back, cancelled, disputed, or found to have failed, Jukwaa may adjust the Creator’s earnings accordingly.

This may happen where:

  • a mobile money payment is reversed;
  • a bank payment fails;
  • a card payment is charged back;
  • a user disputes the transaction;
  • the payment provider reverses settlement;
  • the payment was fraudulent;
  • the payment was duplicated;
  • the payment was made using stolen credentials;
  • funds were deducted but later returned to the user;
  • the transaction was not successfully settled to Jukwaa.

Creators may be responsible for any chargeback, reversal, refund, or fraud exposure connected to their content or conduct.

17. Payout Holds

Jukwaa may delay or hold payouts where necessary.

Payout holds may apply where:

  • the Creator has not completed verification;
  • payout details are incorrect, incomplete, or unverified;
  • user payments have not settled;
  • transactions are under reconciliation;
  • refund requests are pending;
  • payment disputes are pending;
  • chargebacks or reversals are likely;
  • suspicious activity is detected;
  • fraud risk is identified;
  • money laundering or compliance risk is identified;
  • content ownership is disputed;
  • a takedown request is pending;
  • copyright or piracy claims are under review;
  • prohibited content is suspected;
  • user complaints are unresolved;
  • tax information is missing;
  • regulator, court, law enforcement, or payment provider action is pending;
  • the Creator has breached platform policies;
  • Jukwaa reasonably believes that releasing funds may create legal, financial, payment, rights, safety, or reputational risk.

Jukwaa may hold only the affected amount or, where risk is broader, the full Creator balance.

18. Duration of Payout Holds

The duration of a payout hold will depend on the issue being reviewed.

A payout hold may continue until:

  • verification is completed;
  • payment settlement is confirmed;
  • refund exposure is resolved;
  • dispute period has passed;
  • rights ownership is confirmed;
  • takedown complaint is resolved;
  • fraud review is completed;
  • legal or regulatory issue is resolved;
  • payment provider instructions are lifted;
  • tax or compliance information is provided;
  • Jukwaa determines that payout is safe.

Jukwaa will aim to resolve payout holds within a reasonable time, but complex matters may take longer.

19. Payout Reversals and Recovery

Jukwaa may reverse or recover payouts where funds were paid to a Creator in error or where later information shows that the Creator was not entitled to the amount.

Examples include:

  • duplicate payout;
  • accounting error;
  • payment provider reversal;
  • chargeback after payout;
  • refund after payout;
  • fraudulent transaction;
  • pirated or unauthorised content;
  • false ownership claim;
  • prohibited content;
  • breach of platform policies;
  • tax correction;
  • legal or regulatory instruction;
  • overpayment;
  • payment to incorrect account caused by Creator-provided wrong details.

Jukwaa may recover amounts by:

  • deducting from future earnings;
  • requesting repayment;
  • withholding current balances;
  • offsetting against other amounts owed;
  • taking legal action where necessary.

20. Creator Tax Responsibility

Creators are responsible for understanding and complying with their tax obligations.

Creator earnings may be subject to:

  • income tax;
  • withholding tax;
  • VAT;
  • digital services tax, where applicable;
  • excise or transaction taxes, where applicable;
  • county or regulatory levies, where applicable;
  • other applicable taxes.

Jukwaa may request tax information, including KRA PIN or equivalent tax registration information.

Where required by law, Jukwaa may deduct, withhold, report, or remit taxes before payout.

Nothing in this Policy constitutes tax advice.

Creators should seek independent tax advice.

21. VAT and Tax Treatment

Where VAT or other taxes apply to transactions on Jukwaa, the treatment may depend on:

  • the type of content;
  • the Creator’s tax status;
  • the user’s location;
  • the country of supply;
  • whether Jukwaa is acting as principal, agent, marketplace, intermediary, or reseller;
  • applicable Kenyan tax law;
  • payment provider structure;
  • commercial agreement.

Creators must provide accurate tax information where requested.

Jukwaa may adjust payout calculations to account for tax obligations, withholding, reporting, or statutory deductions.

22. Invoices, Receipts, and Statements

Jukwaa may provide Creators with payout statements, transaction reports, sales summaries, or dashboard records.

A statement may include:

  • gross sales;
  • transaction count;
  • refunds;
  • chargebacks;
  • platform commission;
  • payment fees;
  • tax deductions;
  • net payout;
  • payout date;
  • payout reference;
  • pending balance;
  • held balance.

Creators are responsible for reviewing statements and reporting discrepancies within the stated dispute period.

Jukwaa may require Creators to issue invoices or tax documents where required by law or commercial arrangement.

23. Payout Disputes

If a Creator believes a payout is incorrect, the Creator should contact Jukwaa within seven (7) calendar days of the payout statement or expected payout date.

The dispute should include:

  • Creator name;
  • account email;
  • payout period;
  • payout reference, where available;
  • disputed amount;
  • content or transaction involved;
  • reason for dispute;
  • supporting evidence;
  • requested correction.

Jukwaa will review the dispute and may request additional information.

Disputes submitted late may be harder to verify and may be declined unless there is clear evidence of error.

24. Incorrect Payout Details

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout details.

Jukwaa is not responsible for loss, delay, or misdirection of funds caused by incorrect information provided by the Creator.

Incorrect payout details may include:

  • wrong M-PESA number;
  • inactive mobile money account;
  • wrong bank account number;
  • wrong bank name;
  • wrong branch;
  • mismatched account name;
  • closed bank account;
  • incorrect currency account;
  • third-party account not approved by Jukwaa.

Where funds are sent to incorrect details provided by the Creator, Jukwaa may assist with recovery where possible, but recovery is not guaranteed.

25. Third-Party Payout Accounts

Jukwaa may refuse to pay Creator earnings into third-party accounts.

A third-party payout account is an account that does not belong to the Creator or verified business entity.

Jukwaa may allow third-party payout accounts only where:

  • the Creator provides written authorisation;
  • Jukwaa approves the arrangement;
  • identity and account ownership are verified;
  • the arrangement does not create fraud, tax, AML/CFT, legal, family, agency, or ownership risk;
  • the arrangement complies with payment provider requirements.

Jukwaa may suspend payouts where payout ownership is unclear.

26. Institutional and Group Creators

Where a Creator account belongs to an institution, company, production house, collective, band, church, school, media house, NGO, or partnership, Jukwaa may require confirmation of who is authorised to receive payouts.

Jukwaa may request:

  • company registration documents;
  • board resolution;
  • authority letter;
  • partnership agreement;
  • producer agreement;
  • revenue-share agreement;
  • director or signatory identification;
  • bank confirmation letter;
  • beneficial ownership details;
  • tax documents.

Jukwaa is not responsible for internal disputes among group members, shareholders, directors, contributors, producers, artists, writers, actors, or agents.

Where an internal dispute arises, Jukwaa may hold payouts until the dispute is resolved.

27. Rights Disputes and Payouts

Where there is a dispute over ownership, licensing, revenue share, or authority to monetise content, Jukwaa may hold payouts related to the disputed content.

Examples include disputes between:

  • producer and director;
  • writer and producer;
  • musician and label;
  • actor and production company;
  • photographer and publisher;
  • brand owner and creator;
  • co-founders;
  • heirs or estate representatives;
  • institution and former employee;
  • agency and client;
  • distributor and rights holder.

Jukwaa may require a court order, settlement agreement, joint written instruction, or satisfactory evidence before releasing funds.

28. Piracy, Infringement, and Payouts

Jukwaa may withhold, reverse, or deny payouts where content is suspected or confirmed to be pirated, copied, stolen, leaked, unauthorised, or infringing.

If content is confirmed to infringe third-party rights, Jukwaa may:

  • remove the content;
  • refund affected users;
  • deduct refunds from Creator earnings;
  • withhold unpaid earnings;
  • reverse payouts where possible;
  • recover legal or payment costs;
  • terminate the Creator account;
  • report the matter to rights holders, payment providers, or authorities.

Creators are not entitled to earnings from unlawful or infringing content.

29. Prohibited Content and Payouts

Creators are not entitled to earnings generated from prohibited content.

Where content violates the Jukwaa Prohibited Content Policy, Jukwaa may:

  • remove the content;
  • cancel pending transactions;
  • issue refunds;
  • withhold related payouts;
  • deduct losses;
  • suspend monetisation;
  • terminate the Creator account;
  • report unlawful activity where appropriate.

If prohibited content creates legal, payment, safety, or regulatory risk, Jukwaa may hold the entire Creator balance while the matter is reviewed.

30. Fraud, Abuse, and Suspicious Activity

Jukwaa may withhold or deny payouts where fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected.

Examples include:

  • fake purchases;
  • self-purchasing to inflate earnings;
  • stolen payment methods;
  • fake user accounts;
  • bot traffic;
  • manipulated views;
  • fake ratings;
  • fraudulent subscriptions;
  • refund abuse;
  • chargeback abuse;
  • multiple accounts used to bypass limits;
  • money laundering risk;
  • suspicious transaction patterns;
  • coordinated abuse;
  • use of Jukwaa to disguise unlawful payments.

Jukwaa may cooperate with payment providers, banks, mobile money operators, regulators, and law enforcement in fraud-related matters.

31. Off-Platform Payments and Payout Forfeiture

Creators must not use Jukwaa to redirect users to pay outside the Platform for content listed, promoted, or monetised on Jukwaa.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • placing personal M-PESA numbers in content descriptions to avoid Jukwaa commissions;
  • asking users to pay directly by bank transfer;
  • offering cheaper off-platform access;
  • sending users to Telegram, WhatsApp, cloud drives, or external sites to pay or access content;
  • using comments or messages to bypass Jukwaa;
  • manually collecting payments for content listed on Jukwaa.

Where a Creator engages in off-platform payment circumvention, Jukwaa may:

  • suspend the Creator account;
  • remove content;
  • withhold payouts;
  • recover lost commissions;
  • terminate the Creator account;
  • disqualify the Creator from future monetisation.

32. Donations, Tips, and Support Payments

Jukwaa may allow users to send donations, tips, or support payments to Creators.

Such payments may still be subject to:

  • platform commission;
  • payment provider fees;
  • taxes;
  • refund rules;
  • fraud checks;
  • payout thresholds;
  • compliance checks;
  • prohibited content rules.

Creators must not describe donations or tips in a misleading way.

Creators must not use donations to support illegal, fraudulent, extremist, hateful, violent, or prohibited activities.

33. Event and Ticketing Payouts

Where Jukwaa supports paid events, screenings, webinars, livestreams, workshops, or ticketing, payout may be subject to additional conditions.

Jukwaa may delay event-related payouts until:

  • the event has occurred;
  • access has been delivered;
  • refund exposure has reduced;
  • attendance or access has been reconciled;
  • user complaints have been reviewed;
  • payment provider settlement is complete;
  • event cancellation risk has passed.

If an event is cancelled, postponed, materially changed, or fails to deliver promised access, Jukwaa may refund users and deduct amounts from Creator or organiser payouts.

34. Campaign, Sponsorship, and Partner Payouts

Where a Creator participates in a campaign, sponsorship, institutional showcase, brand partnership, grant-funded programme, award showcase, or special distribution arrangement, payout may depend on specific written terms.

These may include:

  • deliverables;
  • milestones;
  • approval requirements;
  • reporting obligations;
  • content quality standards;
  • sponsor approval;
  • audience metrics;
  • campaign completion;
  • invoice submission;
  • tax documentation;
  • partner confirmation.

Where campaign terms conflict with this general Payout Policy, the specific written campaign or partner agreement may apply to that campaign.

35. Dormant Balances

If a Creator account becomes inactive or unreachable, Jukwaa may continue holding unpaid balances subject to applicable law and platform rules.

An account may be considered dormant where:

  • the Creator has not logged in for a long period;
  • emails bounce;
  • phone number is unreachable;
  • payout details are invalid;
  • verification is incomplete;
  • no payout request has been made;
  • the Creator cannot be identified or contacted.

Jukwaa may require re-verification before releasing dormant balances.

Where required by law, dormant funds may be handled according to applicable unclaimed assets or statutory requirements.

36. Account Closure and Final Payout

A Creator may request account closure, subject to pending obligations.

Before final payout, Jukwaa may:

  • reconcile all transactions;
  • deduct refunds;
  • deduct chargebacks;
  • deduct platform fees;
  • deduct payment provider charges;
  • deduct tax amounts;
  • resolve takedown or rights disputes;
  • complete fraud checks;
  • verify payout details;
  • wait for settlement of pending payments;
  • apply minimum thresholds or closure procedures.

Jukwaa may retain records after account closure for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, rights enforcement, and compliance purposes.

37. Suspension or Termination and Payouts

If a Creator account is suspended or terminated, Jukwaa may review unpaid earnings before releasing any final amount.

Jukwaa may withhold or deny payouts where suspension or termination relates to:

  • piracy;
  • fraud;
  • prohibited content;
  • rights infringement;
  • false ownership claims;
  • payment abuse;
  • user harm;
  • tax or compliance failures;
  • illegal activity;
  • off-platform payment circumvention;
  • breach of platform policies.

Where no issue affects the earnings, Jukwaa may release undisputed balances after reconciliation and deductions.

38. No Guaranteed Income

Jukwaa does not guarantee that any Creator will earn income from the Platform.

Creator earnings depend on many factors, including:

  • content quality;
  • audience demand;
  • pricing;
  • marketing;
  • platform availability;
  • user payments;
  • payment provider settlement;
  • user refunds;
  • subscription cancellations;
  • competition;
  • rights clearance;
  • compliance status;
  • campaign participation;
  • platform promotion.

No statement by Jukwaa should be interpreted as a guarantee of sales, revenue, views, subscriptions, reach, ranking, or payout.

39. Platform Errors and Corrections

If Jukwaa identifies an accounting, dashboard, technical, reporting, or payout error, Jukwaa may correct the error.

This may include:

  • increasing Creator balance;
  • reducing Creator balance;
  • reversing incorrect transactions;
  • adjusting payout reports;
  • recovering overpaid amounts;
  • issuing additional payments;
  • correcting tax or fee treatment.

Dashboard figures are provisional until reconciled and approved for payout.

40. Creator Record Keeping

Creators should keep their own records, including:

  • uploaded content records;
  • ownership documents;
  • licences and releases;
  • pricing decisions;
  • sales reports;
  • payout statements;
  • invoices;
  • tax records;
  • refund notices;
  • user complaints;
  • takedown notices;
  • correspondence with Jukwaa.

Creators should not rely solely on Jukwaa dashboards for tax, audit, or accounting purposes.

41. Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance

Jukwaa may review transactions and payouts for anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud, bribery, corruption, and other compliance risks.

Jukwaa may delay, block, reverse, or report payouts where required or appropriate.

Creators must not use Jukwaa to:

  • launder money;
  • disguise proceeds of crime;
  • receive payments for illegal activity;
  • fund terrorism or extremism;
  • bypass financial controls;
  • make suspicious circular transactions;
  • operate unlicensed financial services;
  • process funds for third parties without approval;
  • misrepresent the source or purpose of funds.

42. Communication About Payouts

Jukwaa may communicate payout information through:

  • Creator dashboard;
  • email;
  • SMS;
  • WhatsApp;
  • account notification;
  • payout statement;
  • written notice;
  • support ticket.

Creators are responsible for keeping contact details up to date.

Jukwaa is not responsible for missed payout notices caused by incorrect email addresses, inactive phone numbers, spam filters, or failure to check account notifications.

43. Confidentiality of Payout Information

Creators should treat payout reports, revenue-share terms, commission rates, campaign terms, and platform commercial arrangements as confidential unless Jukwaa states otherwise in writing.

Creators must not misuse or disclose private user payment information, platform financial records, or confidential partner terms.

Jukwaa may restrict access where confidential financial information is misused.

44. Changes to This Payout Policy

Jukwaa may update this Payout Policy from time to time.

Where changes are material, Jukwaa may notify Creators through the Platform, email, dashboard notice, or website update.

The updated Policy will apply from the effective date stated at the top of the document.

Continued use of Creator monetisation features after changes take effect means the Creator accepts the updated Policy.
