The properties listed in the judgment are located in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kilifi and Thika and include a hotel, an apartment block, a penthouse and several parcels of land.

EACC said its investigations covered the acquisition of assets and financial transactions between January 2013 and March 2024.

During the period, the commission identified assets and transactions with a cumulative value of Ksh771.89 million.

These comprised more than Ksh467.76 million moved through bank accounts and mobile numbers, landed properties worth Ksh287.51 million, vehicles valued at Ksh20.06 million, and Ksh4.26 million in cash that was recovered during a search.
