Colleagues in the legal profession, such as Advocate Caroline Oduor also confirmed the demise of Keige, closing weeks of uncertainty and fear. “After weeks of anxious searching since 9th June, Esther Wairimu Keige, Advocate has sadly been found dead in Gatundu Forest,” stated Advocate Oduor.

“My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones during this profoundly difficult time. May they find strength in the face of this devastating loss. May those  responsible be identified, brought before the law, and held fully accountable.”

Preliminary investigations show that the body was intact, though decomposition had already set in by the time it was located.
