A fresh wave of protests have broken out in Kiamaiko, Kariobangi North and Huruma as angry youth took to the streets to demonstrate over a missing activist.

🇰🇪 Breaking It Down

The protests forced the closure of parts of the busy Outer Ring road, disrupting traffic on the afternoon of Tuesday, June 30.

Images obtained by Kenyans.co.ke show hundreds of residents carrying placards and twigs, chanting while protesting along the route, with police lobbying teargas trying to diffuse the situation.

Kenyans.co.ke  has since learned that the cause of the protests is linked to the alleged abduction and disappearance of a local youth named Abdulaziz Duba Molo, popularly known as "Zizo" or "Zizou.
