Detectives alleged that the group posed as serving police officers while using a grey Toyota Allion to target members of the public.
Police have linked the suspects to alleged incidents reported along the Thika Superhighway and in areas including Kasarani, Kahawa, Githurai and Mwihoko.
Investigators at Ruiru Police Station have also connected the alleged syndicate to attacks targeting customers leaving banks.
