Digital content is generally non-refundable once access has been granted, streaming has started, a download link has been issued or the service has been delivered, except where the Refund Policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, failed transactions where funds were deducted, platform errors that prevent access, content removed before access, confirmed payment-provider errors, cancelled events or legal requirements.

Creator payouts depend on successful user payments, platform commission, payment-provider fees, taxes, refund windows, fraud checks, minimum thresholds and verification requirements.
