Migori governor Okoth Obado is spending the night in remand after a hitch in the processing of his sureties, even though he deposited the sh. 5 million bail. His supporters in Migori broke out in song and dance after the news that Obado had secured bail, but the judge has slapped him with very strict conditions that seek to prevent him from playing politics with the Sharon Otieno murder case.
