The national assembly’s public accounts committee has summoned IEBC over 9.2 billion shillings the commission cannot account for---the watchdog committee chairman opiyo Wandayi claiming the report indicts staff at the electoral commission for theft of public funds in contracts during the 2017 general election. Already the commission has sacked its accounting officer Ezra Chiloba.
